While this website provides information about our services, any formal engagement in our 3PL logistics, data destruction, or buyback programs is governed by a separate, bilateral Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). These Terms of Use govern the website only, but provide the framework for our professional interaction.

The “Lifecycle Loop,” “Trade-In Integrity,” and all original content, features, and functionality on this site are the exclusive property of Cellular Recycler. Our Boulder-born brand assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and the State of Colorado.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the “Resources” or “Toolkits” for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. You may not:
